This place is terrible. It is old, falling apart, and unsafe. We've had robberies in the parking lot, and due to the location, there's often questionable people roaming around. Our apartment almost burned down from an electrical fire, and a month later, another apartment actually did. We've had numerous electrical problems, some going unfixed for weeks (currently we've been without power in part of here for a week). They don't really keep up with the no party policy because they're too scared to confront people. Therefore screaming people are always outside during summer, keeping you up at night. Rent has shot up to a ridiculous price, use that money to get a place that is worth it!!!
