I lived at Teakwood only until the end of my lease and then got out of there. The apartments are getting old and it doesn't seem like the managers care to take care of them. The windows are all old and no longer have good seals to them. The carpets are left with burn marks all over them and never replaced. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors everytime they make any noise. And the floorboards in all the upstairs apartments squeak so you and your neighbors get to hear each other walking around. Maintenance is done by the managers themselves and I'd have to say they don't have a clue on how to fix things the right way. And There is barely enough parking for residents let alone guests.
