Don't do it. Maintenance sucks, they won't come to fix anything until they feel like it. Gate is either not working or always open, so there's really no point in having one at all. Small apartments, not much space. Basically a big rip off for all of the money I'm paying each month. Oh, and the noise is terrible. There's always a party nearby my complex.. at LEAST once a week (and I'm talking DURING the week.. like Monday thru Thursday).
