I have lived at BBP for 4 years and it has been wonderful. Occasionally you have loud neighbors, but that hasn't been much of a problem, the courtesy officer keeps parties at a reasonable level. While some of the interior work could have been done more professionally, the management makes an effort to maintain their buildings. The maintenance staff is top-notch with repairs made the same day or next if possible. The office staff has undergone numerous changes since I have been around, but as always they are respectful and wonderful to deal with. Location is slightly out of the way, but in driving distance to everywhere. Being from the country, this place makes living in Baton Rouge feel not too different from home.

For the price, you can't beat it! We pay $645 a month for a two bedroom, one and a half bath with washer and dryer (this was a move-in special) which can also be rented for $35 a month. We also have a two year old son that is never awakened at night, although our upstairs neighbors stomp like elephants. Nice place to live, extremely curteous management and prompt maintenance and grounds cleaning!

The location, rent, maintenance, neighbor, convenience, every condition is awesome.
10 minutes away from LSU, 5 minustes to the Mall of Louisiana, 10 minutes to the wal-mart, Target, Theater and other shopping mall area.
One drawback is you need your own transportation.

I have lived in Bluebonnet place for three years and have loved the experience. It is far enough from campus that you don't have to fight with football traffic just to get home, but you're close enough you can still experience all that campus life has to offer. The floorplans are wonderful and the maintenance is great. My A/C broke down in the summer on a weekend and they came ASAP and fixed it before the apartment even turned into a blistering sauna. I thoroughly loved this place.
