I live in St Tropez near the college and they are working on the apperance of the place so its updated. My apt has new tile and feels clean and safe. It's very quiet here considering its an all student property. No Complaints here! im saving gas by walking to school....

I've read some of these reviews and can't relate. My problems get fixed and I've had no problems. I walk to school and save a lot in gas considering Im from bogalouse, this place has been great.. Walking to school is a plus and there are tons of other students here so it allowed me to meet new friends. Love it here! James

i walk to class and love it, no problems with apartment or maintencance. Staff has been great. mom loves the price and location, i recommond these guys. greg

i have lived on several of Smith Properties complexes throughout my college career. In the past year there have been different ladies working in the office who are quite enjoyable. i think the service has improved greatly since i first moved on one of the complexes about 2 1/2 years ago. i would definitely recommend Smith Properties to college students. They have worked with me alot with my school finances.
