Apartment Review for Parlement Square

Parlement Square is quiet enough. Full of rednecks but whats to be expected on the outskirts of J-Town. Location is GREAT, your right by 64, easy access to Kroger, Mijer, Great Restraunts. Location kind of puts you out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get yourself into trouble if thats what your looking for.
The apartments are ugly. They wouldnt replace my carpet which was adorned with cigerette burns. The stoves/ appliances are ancient, and the cleaning staff has never cleaned underneath them sience the place was built in like 1910. My windows never shut, and I pay a fortune in A/C in the summer. The bathroom mirrors look like camper trailor windows, as do the regular windows. Parkings a hassle free for all, and theres a million 5" potholes you bottom out your car with when you hit them.
Nieghbors are quiet, never had a problem there. If your looking for a cheap apartment, maybe something to get by with, this would be your place. The staff was great - just make sure your rent is in ON the 1st.
