Apartment Review for Quail Creek Apartments

I have such a long story about dealing with this freaking apartment and the management that says oh I'll have someone fix it or I am going to talk with the maintence about how bad of a job they did bc I dont do business like this...ITS ALL LIES! I am not going to go into detail about all the BS my husband and I have been dealing with because that could take me all day to type up....just know to do your research and don't believe a word the office people tell you..listen to us the real people who are living here everyday and struggling to get the lazy *** workers to just simply do their job and do it right the first time. I am not a bad tenant and neither is my husband..I pay my bills and keep up my apartment and patio..ALL I ASK FOR IN RETURN IS A HOME WITHOUT ANY ISSUES AND NOT HAVING TO KEEP SCHEDULING MAINTENCE TO COME OUT EVERY WEEK BC THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Plus like the others said...our pool doesn't get cleaned or locked and just anybody and come in, our grounds which could be so pretty is full of trash, but honestly the worst is the two faced people in the office that say only what they know you want to hear but are really too lazy to try and actually help you...you really just have to hound them every day or two to get anything even the smallest thing done...i will say this..the one good worker i have had come to my apartment is the ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR for the maintence...not even the SUPERVISOR does anything!! its truly ridiculous! Just pay the extra ten to twenty dollars a month and go somewhere else..make sure BH MANAGEMENT doesn't manage that property either tho!! OH AND DON'T BELIEVE THE TWO "GOOD REVIEWS" ON HERE...THEY OBVIOUSLY WORK FOR THE APARTEMENTS!!
