Apartment Review for Quail Creek Apartments

Me and my husband are military so we decided to move to this particular complex b/c it was close to the base. The workers in the office were nice at FIRST! We weren't even shown where the apartment was, they just gave us a key! When we go in there it was ok, until we really started to look around. There was mold on the seals of the bay windows and they condensate all the time. My friend almost fell off of a set of stairs b/c the railing was halfway off. Not very safe! The carpet in our place was discusting. We had to rent a cleaner and after cleaning over it 7 times it was still dingy, sticky and stiff! The linoleum in the kitchen has nicks all over it and is discolored! They increase your rent by at least $10 every time you renew! Don't live there month to month it will literally cost you an arm and a leg. The dumpsters are always full and stink! This guy below me doesn't take his dog out and he ***** and ****** all over his patio so you can't have a barbque close to your stairs b/c it stinks too much! Our faucets leak no matter what! The washer and dryer in the apt is a scam b/c they are 10 years old and you have to dry things 4xs before they are actually dry! We coplained to the office about many of these things and they do nothing about it. And they will keep your deposit, they find some way to even if the place is better than the condition you got it in! Also we have neighbors that sit out in there vehicle and smoke pot all night long! They are also the same punks whoe keep breaking into everyone's cars! Yes they even have break ins in the apartments themselves, there have been 2 in the 6 months we've been there! This place is horrible! Beware, Do Not Live here! It's not worth your money! <P>
