Apartment Reviews for Reflections Of Island Park - Shreveport

I currently live at Reflections of Island Park. I am not sure what the other poster's experience was, but the reason the vehicle was probably towed, was due to parking behind the garage more than three times. I would know this, because I have gotten the warning once before. Believe it or not, it is in the lease that you cannot park behind your garage. We do not have driveways to each individual's garage. Instead, we all share a common drive to pull into the garage. So, if you park behind your garage you are essentially impeding traffic for other neighbors.

The office staff has always been courteous and understanding of my needs, which if I am not mistaken there is only one person managing the office. I had a leaky faucet in the kitchen, and the day I told the manager my problem; it was resolved by the time I got home from work. The maintenance guys are excellent. They have brought me many packages that UPS would normally hang onto. The complex is very small so there is not really that much noise around the complex. I sometimes hear my neighbor above me, but that is expected at any apartment complex. While I am deployed with the Air Force they have always helped me put a hold on my mailbox, and kept an eye out on my apartment.

Parking is sometimes full, but then again, I have a full size 2 car garage that would rival my buddy’s house.

When I moved in the apartment the place was brand new and the place was spotless. As far as safety, I have left my car unlocked a couple of times, and nothing has ever come up missing. I have never heard of any other issues within the complex.
