Recreational facilities and entertainment are also conveniently close by with Capital Area Sports Complex, 1-7-10 Bowling & Entertainment Center, and Viles Arboretum all moments away from the building. Previous tenants have had trouble with loud neighbors and dangerous activity in the community, but Glenridge Gardens has since been under new management in 2012 and there have been no new reviews as of April 2013.
