Apartment Rental On Park Street

I have lived here 7 years and having nothing but praise for the landlord and maintenance crew. When I call with a problem, they are there within 24 hours. The building feels safe and well lit. The parking lot is plowed in a timely fashion. Rent increases every year were very moderate. I would highly recommend renting from Dowd Properties.
