Review for Cummings Mill Apartments

I moved into the building this summer (2009), and adore it. The historic building is nice, and cozy. I hear NOTHING unless I have my windows open, and the it is usually the local kids playing. Parking is great, and safely lit. My husband and I live in a two bedroom, and have MORE than enough space with our two cats. You will need AC if you are above the ground floor, but wall units do not run that much electicity. Staff are very kind.
