Review for Cummings Mill Apartments

I moved in the building in fall 2008, its okay but, not great. My next door neighbors are so noise, and the management of the building doesn’t do anything about it. I complain all the time about my neighbors, and it doesn’t matter to the management. The rent is high for a 2 bedroom apartment. If the electricity goes out like it does in the winter, the emergency lights in the stairs only stay on for about 30min. Then you’re out of luck, especially if you live of the 5th floor. The maintenance sucks and it takes three year for them to get anything done. The management is so rude, if you talk to them about any problem you have.
