Apartment Reviews for Brick Hill Townhouses - South Portland

Built in 2005, so everything is in pretty good shape. Mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. Each unit has its own porch or balcony. Appliances are energy efficient. Extremely convenient location; walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, and the largest shopping mall in Maine. Management is responsive and friendly. Maintenance staff does good work and is prompt. Buildings and grounds are well kept, although some residents are sloppy and leave messes outside their units. Located in a relatively urban area, so it's not exactly crime-free... but overall it's a safe place. Very close to the airport, so noise is something you'll have to get used to. Overall, definitely one of the better apartment complexes in this area.
