Review for Pond's Edge Apartments

We've been here since they first opened, and it was very rough going in the early days. There is a new property manager now, who is actively working to make things better. The one area where they need to put more work is the physical appearance. I know there is still construction going on, but it seems to take them FOREVER to clean up work areas. Other than that, I have very few complaints. It's probably the priciest rental option in the area, but the dollars per sq footage makes it comparable, plus you get a new unit in a location convenient to major shopping and dining.
