If your answer is yes then feel free to move here. I have lived here for three years now. At first it wasn't terrible, although the original building management was less than competent. Then they sold to Berkshire Properties and everything went even further downhill. They've initiated $9 million in property renovations that are completely unnecessary. Apparently it's more important to them to make the building look like a corporate office than to fix things that regularly don't work, like the elevators. Near constant noise, frequently malfunctioning elevators, water shut off for hours at a time, accident prone contractors - these are just a few of the problems the tenants of this building face on a regular basis and with no rent reductions. I'm counting the days until my current lease is up and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
