there is no appreciation for your helpful info that help them combat crime in the complex. they send you humiliating and insulting letters if you are late on your rent. they nickle and dime you in fees. towing is rampet and parking is non- existent after nine pm. the complex is over run with crack heads. robbery in the complex parking lot. car stripping on complex lots. rat infested.rent never stops increasing for some.utilities no included in the overcharged rent for this dump.
