Review for Regatta Bay Apartments

Sawyer Realty Holdings recently took over managing this property. They appear to be going through some significant growing pains. So far maintenance seems to be difficult for them and the crew is very unfamiliar with what appears to be minor maintenance items. In my case it took them nearly 9 days to figure out how to fix the A/C.
The front office has a very indifferent attitude. It takes quite a few calls to get their attention.
