This establishment yields poor upkeep, tenant support, & HIGH RENT for a half assed community. The dumpsters are overflowing at all times, the manager is great (upon arrival) then the attitude changes. I've had a broken front door, a leakiy faucet & ROACHES GALORE !!!!! I called the office to complain, & return home from work to find a couple of insect foggers on my doorstep. Tell me, is this MY F'N RESPONSIBILITY? NO ! The landlord is resonsible for this. Not once, not twice, not three times.....4 times it took for them to spray the building for critters....guess what....the nexy day, there was a baby roach INSIDE MY F'N PHONE !! This complex reminds me of Mexico. Dirty, Smelly, & full of illegal aliens.....Noone speaks english. Dirty diapers on my lawn, cerveza bottles allover the parking lot, loud hispanic music, & partying until the sun comes up. THIS IS NO PLACE FOR ANYONE WITH ANY SENSE !!! I pay $1000 a month for ALL OF THESE FEATURES !!! Not to mention the new management is giving 30 day notices to VACATE apartments so they can refurbish into condo's......BAD BAD BAD VIBE, CROOKED STAFF ....... I have 12 Mexicans living beneath me...in a 2 bedroom apt. TRY WATER GATE VILLAGE !!! A little more $$, but TRULY A BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY !!!!
