Dont listen to these old reviews. With the new renovations and Bozzuto management on board - this place is great. Notice how hardly anyone writes a good review about anything? I moved into a BRAND NEW apartment and im so happy I didnt live somewhere else. No bugs or weird smells and the management staff is on top of their game all the time.
