Given the reasonable rent and the fact that I'm on the water and can keep my boat 50 yards from my home, I moved in a year ago wondering what the catch was. granted the buildings are at least 40 years old, but they are very well maintained and my unit was completely renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. I've been very happy with the staff who have been very responsive and the new clubhouse with nice fitness room- this place is a bargain
