Apartment Reviews for Harbour Gates Apartments - Annapolis

I have been living at Harbour Gates for over two years now (in a one and two bedroom) and overall have been very happy with the complex. The management has been nothing but friendly and responded quickly to the few maintance requests I've had (including something as simple as changing a lightbulb). The apartments and grounds are very neat and clean. Everything seems very well maintained. I haven't had a problem with the noise, though I've always lived on the top floor. <P>
The one complaint I did have is that the one bedroom is incredibly small for the price! I found it completely unliveable to have a dining table, a sofa/TV, and a desk. There was also very little closet/storage space in the one bedroom. The two bedroom, however, is very spacious and has a wonderful setup. <P>
I've also been impressed with how the complex caters to year long tenants. Provided you sign a year lease, there has always seemed to be incredible deals. <P>
I would certainly recomment Harbour Gates to anyone looking for an apartment. <P>
