Apartment Review for Regatta Bay

I know in the past that Regatta Bay, it was not the best of circumstances. Recently the had a change of management, and have really been amazing. Ever since I have moved in, Management has been nothing but helpful, even going out of their way to accomadate me. I ended up not being able to move in on my move-in date, and they were running a special, they allowed me to change my move-in-date, not loose the special, and even told me all my mail that I was expecting to recieve shortly thereafter could be picked up at my convenience. I defintely recommend Regatta Bay, its the only place in Annapolis that is affordable, safe, and well-kept. Usually you will have to sacrfice one the above.
