Apartment Review for Westwind Apartments

The only really positive comment I have for this apartment is that I do like the floor plan / layout. But...either the floor/ceiling above me is made of tissue paper or a herd of elephants live above me. I'm tired of hearing everyone else's dogs bark, which causes my dogs to bark incessantly. No one here seems to know how to close a door without slamming it! When you leave your home each day, you should feel safe and secure that when you return you will be able to park in front of your home - not in this apartment complex! There are entirely too many vehicles for the number of spaces available. If you move your vehicle, you gamble on losing your space and having to park a block away. People drop trash all over the place and just leave it and no one picks it up. Recently more units have been rented to younger people, thus the "partying" noise has greatly increased. And why would you use the remote to lock your car at 2:00 a.m. beeping the horn about 10 times, versus just pushing down the button? People here are unfriendly and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy - well maybe I would, but only as a form of revenge! <P>
