Review for Colony Hill Apartments

The apartments are actually very nice, but they are not brand new and no one should expect perfection. The kitchens are all getting updated and the windows were replaced about a year ago. Negatives: there is not a lot of parking right up front, but the complex is in a safe area. Also, the sliding door in the townhouse is not new and does need to be replaced. Other than that the complex has been going through some major changes. The maintanance staff has all been replaced and the supervisor is very prompt and professional. The office staff has also been replaced. Overall, we are very happy at Colony Hill.
