Apartment Reviews for Colony Hill - Arbutus

My Husband and I have been renting a townhouse here for 2 years almost. We are getting ready to move in the next few months as we will be purchasing a new home. We have had a few maintenance issues, but the maintenance staff was always prompt, takes them about 24 hrs to come out and fix the problem. I think ppl get upset when their repairs aren't done promptly, but they don't realize they need to call as soon as they see a problem, or do not expect it to be done right away. The leasing manager forwards all maintenance requests to the maintenance staff and that in itself takes time.
The neighbours here are wonderful. There are alot of kids on bikes and there is a small playground, but I mean if Kids annoy you then I dunno where you can move because there are always gonna be kids. And sometimes they are in the back of your yard peering in, but thats just kids for ya.
There are a few college students who like to have friends over in the late hours of the night on weekends but usually my husband just yells out our window and they disperse.
The hardwood floors are nice. The bathroom is kindda small, really small actually, but this is typical for a rental... Would be nice to have a washer and dryer in the Unit but at this low price I am happy. I think it would be hard to find such a nice place for so cheap... Its a great way to save some money if you are saving up for a home. Our neighbours are awesome, I can always run next door and borrow an egg. last month some guy was moving and he gave us his TV. I will b sad to move out.
