Apartment Reviews for Bay Hills Apartments - Arnold

As with all Rental locations, Bay Hills has good and bad features. Lets start with the bad. There is no security patrolling the area and i had my brand new vehicle's window shot out by local kids with a BB gun one night. 1 of the 2 maintenance staff is courteous while the other is quite disrespectful and leaves garbage after a maintanence repair. The management staff is completely unwilling to make appointments for anything, other than prospective renters, of course. Once your in, everything is on their time. This makes it difficult to have pets there as they give no range of time for maintanence calls. <P>
The apartment complex is a quiet, mostly secure, and very reasonable priced location for the area. <P>
