Review for Charles Towers Apartments

Though the front desk and maintenance staff are the best, this is made up for by the horrible, ignorance, rude attitudes of the staff in the main office. Particularly Candy and Stacy.

Lukewarm water.

Frequently broken elevators (which they won't fix on weekends as it's too expensive for them).

Drafty windows combined with poor heating and cooling systems.

Lots of water damage from sprinkler systems going off when they shouldn't and lots of false fire-alarms.

Never ending construction that is YEARS past the due date.

Having friends visit you through the front desk is like getting in to visit someone in prison (it's better to meet them at the front door).

Averaging $200 a month extra to park your car (parking on the street is impossible).

Neighbors are quiet, but expect LOTS of street noise. The City of Baltmore doesn't care about the few renters in this area of town and do street work and construction into the wee hours of the night (they also turn off our water and power at night to do repairs rather than inconvenience the businesses in the area).
