Review for Charles Towers Apartments

This place is old and it shows. The insides of the building (heat, hot water, electricity, air conditioning, and elevators) are definitely falling apartment.

The management is horrible. They treat the tenants like dirt and often scream at you if you complain about something reasonable. They lie about construction, getting things fixed, etc.

Parking is a nightmare. Expect over 200 a month to park your car.

Rent goes up early and often. Don't rent here!
