Review for Charles Towers Apartments

The unit itself is nice. It keeps other apartment's sounds out well. Besides these things I'd hold off before getting an apartment here. The building is under construction so, although you can't hear the people next to you, it sounds like someone is drilling in your closet in the morning. The Air Conditioning is switched to heat at the end of September, which wouldn't be too bad if the windows had screens so you didn't run the risk of bugs in your apartment. In addition to this I have found the staff in the resident services center to be rude.
