Review for Doncaster Village Apartments

I have lived in Doncaster for over 3 years and have had very positive experiences with the leasing office, and with maintenance. Maintenance has always been quick to respond, and the leasing office is always friendly. The buildings are well-kept and repairs are made efficiently.

On the side of the neighborhood on which I live, the apartments are set up in the building so that it is nearly impossible to be bothered by neighbors! The only parts of my apartment that are directly next to my neighbor's are my bedroom and bathroom, and even having had several different neighbors, I can say that I have never had a problem with noise. I have lived in several other apartment communities in Maryland and this is by far the quietest!

I would also like to comment that as a single woman, I feel particularly safe living in this neighborhood. I have never experienced, or seen others experience, any crime-related issues. Having moved from another property in Cockeysville MD, several years ago, which was high priced but had excessive problems with cleanliness, poor maintenance, and crime, living in Doncaster Village, a clean, safe community at a very good price, is a breath of fresh air!
