Review for Doncaster Village Apartments

You only get 600 sq. ft. The apartment was in bad repair when I moved in. I have walked into the apartment with water covering most of the living room and kitchen floors from faulty gas heating system and plumbing and have had my carpets ruined because of water damage. They were never able to fully dry the floors and mold came into the picture as a result. Then there were the termite swarms in the inside of the apartments every Spring and in the hallways. There isn't any insulation as far as water goes. It sounds like it is coming through the walls. Very loud. And then they want to raise the rent!!
