This place is horrible. The nearby woods are ruined by residents throwing their trash there. Stray cats everywhere, many people don't neuter or care for their animals. If you want quiet, you have to do a lap of the neighborhood asking people to turn down their music and shut their dog up. Management is rude and unresponsive, with the exception of one woman who left. I'm spending the winter without heat because the maintenance guy doesn't know how to fix it. My apartment flooded over the summer because of a plumbing leak, and it was two days before anyone came to clean it. It still stinks of mold and the carpet is stained. People are also often getting evicted and their stuff is left on the front lawn of the property for a few days. This place sucks.
