Good Starter Apartment/Lots Of Students

Rented: From 2003 To 2005

Not the best staff and the landscaping looks like Army housing, but the apartments have character and for a student or young person just beginning their professional career, it's good. Not a ton of crime (better than most places in Baltimore) though my motorcycle was stolen from right outside my apartment building.
