I was a tenant for about 7moths, during my time there, place numerous request for repair's, it never happen they only done one of the things on my list, and that was done poorly...only if you could see the pictures. The rental office never calls back, regarding order tickets, I had plumbing problems, mice problems, DRUG DEALERS AND THERE CLIENTS next door, before moving in the leaseing rep promise me, few things would be updated, this is what sold me to sign the lease, it never happen and they had 3weeks before I moved in to work on the unit. The unit had so many deficiencies,it's unsavory to say I lived in a place as such. I could go on and on, old shelving, bad circuit breaker old switchs. Promise and Promises never happen.
