Review for Rodgers Forge Apartments

The Management and maintenance is horrible, it is very hard to get ahold of someone. Once you become a resident, you are forgotten and your concerns are directed to an office that does not exist. My problem of roach infestation has gone neglected for 4 months now, and no one has yet at this time shown any concern. It took 3 months for someone to come fix the leak in my bathroom ceiling. The maintenance staff is not professional, and unsafe. I still have issues that have not been taken care of from when I moved in 10 months ago. I look forward to my lease being up shortly, and would not suggest anyone to rent at Rodgers Forge Apartments, especially if you have children- unhealthy units.
