Review for Seneca Bay Apartments

I lived there almost a year....maintenance is a joke ...a/c was always faulty they could never fix it. Grounds not maintained other than the rental office (ofcors as thats where you first visit) .....huh .......................
Other than that ..heres the main deal or SCAM as I now like to call it after moving out and inquiring about my SECURITY DEPOSIT several times. I was told I am not the only one suffering and that they have no clue about it as the management in California has not responded to them either. PATHETIC state of affairs. 4 months have past and I am now planning to take up this matter to the CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY.
