Some of the apartment managers/receptionists etc. are competent, others are not.
My studio apartment has ugly carpeting, really dingy, had leaking through the ceiling which was "fixed" with a high powered fan.
Subleasing is impossible.
The one bedrooms and larger sized apartments are nicer but more expensive; I would say it isn't worth the money.l
