Pros: - Quiet - Safe (in a busy neighborhood right next to a hospital and plenty of people walking around) - Quiet hours usually kept (11pm) - Free trash chute - AC works well - New windows, new carpet and newly painted walls - A lot of closet space - No waiting list for parking (indoor parking for 85/month) - Next to subway and the uni-mart, 5 minute walk to Hopkins, also close to eddie's market - good maintenance and management staff - rooms are spacious - good verizon high speed internet deals- easy to find street parking

Cons: - Kitchen is small, old, dirty and has roaches - Ask for a new door lock, some are old and broken - Bathroom is old, toilet doesn't flush too well - thin walls - dark and stuffy hallways - expensive cable (comcast) - ambulance noise is loud (since its right next to union memorial
