Review for Willowbrook Apartments

I am a resident of Willowbrook Apartments at 6310 Greenspring ave Baltimore Maryland 21209. who is currently looking for a new apartment. This is a place you truly don't want to live. The leasing office is nice but they don't take care of the place at all. They fix up the apartments just for looks and it starts to fall apart months after you move in. The gas and power bill will run you alot of money due to the fact that the gas heater is outside and it has to run faster than what it would is if it was inside. My average BGE bill over the winter was $425 a month for a 1 bedroom apt. Also good luck trying to get maintance to fix stuff because they won't and if there is a major problem such as our bathroom well they will just cover it up. I have been sick for months on and off. About a week ago our ceiling in the bathroom fell apart because it was made with cheap drywall well the reason that happened was because there was a leak in the pipes for the toliet above us. And We had waste water dripping all over the bathroom. Well maintance fixed the leak and but they didn't fix what was shocking to me. There was mold and rust growing on the pipes that has been there for months if not years. It looked like there was a leak before because there was this papertowel or rag that had mold covered all over it just stuck there. I alerted the leasing office about it and they said that when the water is done draining from the leak then they will have painters put drywall and paint the bathroom to cover it up. Not fixing the problem with the mold that is in the apartment that im currently breathing in while I type this.
