MANAGEMENT HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AFTER YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE. MAINTENANCE IS GOOD WHEN THEY DO SHOW UP. GETTTING THINGS REPLACED IS IMPOSSIBLE. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD ABOUT IT WAS THE RENT WAS REASONABLE ONLY IF YOU COULD GET ANOTHER LEASE TO SIGN AT THE END OF YOUR CURRENT ONE. THE MONTH TO MONTH RATE IS A KILLER. <P>
