Apartment Review for Fox Hall Apartments

At first this place seemed like a good place to live then the trouble started, they would turn on the heat then turn it off for no reason. You would call maintenance to tell them something is wrong they would never show up, then when they came they blamed you for the problem. The apartment below me was having a problem with water coming from the ceiling for a month and a half the maintenance department came into my home at all hours of the day and night telling us that we were spilling water on the floor to cause a problem. well it turns out that after i went down to the office and told them i was going to sue they sent a plumber to my home and he fixed the issue in 10 minuets. the new plumbing that had been run before we moved in was leaking, the heaters and ac do not work and when they are working you can smell the mold blowing into the home. they can never keep people in the apartments to the quality of neighbors is poor, people are always fighting and yelling. there is never any parking in front of your building. the pool you have to pay for passes to use, the tennis courts are in shambles, the basketball court in non-existent they have a problem with bugs it was not a good place to stay, you are afraid to break your lease because they make you sign a lease saying that you still need to pay for the apartment even if you are not living there anymore until they rent it and that could be months.
