The Greenhouse Apartments are located on Pratt Street close to Fells Point, Harbor East, and Mt. Vernon. Spacious and well-kept, the apartments were recently updated with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and granite countertops. The apartments are also listed at a reasonably affordable price. Despite these exceptional features, reviewers complained of noise and rooms smelling of smoke. A few residents reported safety concerns as well and would like to see security tightened.
