I have resided here since 2005, I have never encountered any problem with management, I find some of the tenants to be more of a problem than anything,while living here the management staff has changed 3 times taking one manager to another site, as far as mice when you live around trees that should be expected, the mainteneance crew is great and professional, I have never expereinced missing items from my apartment as I did at other locations,I suppose I must live in the better building, there are no children living in my building other than a small infant at present, they resolve pest problems right away and even though I complained about having to empty closets and cabinets for two weeks then again at a later time I'm thankful they are doing their best to keep everyone healthy,if there was a true problem with what goes on hear at Hamilton Springs I would be the very one to express my thoughts or views. If it got that bad I'd move

I love Hamilton Springs! The office staff rocks and the maintenance staff is the most professional I've ever seen. I have a home out of state but work locally and they always take care of me!

I recently was a tenant at Hamilton Springs Appt and I loved it!!!!! They provided quality service. The maintenance staff was great;they fixed everything on time. The only issue I had was parking. Rarely did you have a parking spot if you came home after 1100pm. I would suggest this place to live.

This apartment community was great when I moved in a couple of years ago. Management changed several months ago and it is HORRIBLE!! Unprofessional Leasing Manager, Loud, ghetto neighbors fighting in their apartment (regularly), smell of weed in the dirty hallways, trash pile up (rats soon to come), mold in the bathrooms. etc. Stay away!!!

I recently moved to this apartment complex in July and so far, things are wonderful. I love my apartment. The kitchen was renovated recently and is very functional. When I needed some minor repairs they were done correctly and quickly. The staff is very nice and friendly at the management office. I am always happy to come home.
