Apartment Reviews for The Munsey - Baltimore

I am very happy with my apartment here. It is open ad airy and has lots of natural light. I was impressed with the condition of the apartment when I moved in. New appliances, new carpeting.
The location of the building isn't too bad. Its convenient to downtow, the Inner Harbor and several mass transit points.
I have lived here for a while and the management when I moved in was ok, not great, but ok. The maintenance was awful. I would put in a request for something and I would get the maintenance man there 3 weeks later. THAT was a major drawback after I moved in. But that company is gone and there is new management. The new management has been very helpful. I can actually find the managers in the office when I need them, and not have to make 4 or 5 trips from my floor because no one is around during posted hours. They are improving various areas of the building, updating equipment and procedures. I think that this new staff is very efficient and friendly.
My rent is a bit high for a 1 bedroom, but that was set by the previous management. Maybe that will improve too.
