Apartment Review for The Zenith

I will reiterate what some of the other users have said except add that sometimes even if you HAVE something in writing, they will refuse to honor it or claim that ownership has changed their mind and they do not have to honor it.

Just truly absurd. The Concierge staff is great, but aside from that the management is AWFUL.

Everything is a fight with them. Considering that the building was in such poor shape, they acted like they were doing people favors when they made the slightest accommodation.

This experience has truly made me question the competence of this staff and Bozzuto Management as a whole.

I know the location is great for UM students, but it is NOT worth the added stress and aggravation that living here will cause you.

SAVE YOURSELF WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!!
