Apartment Reviews for Hickory Court Apartments - Bel Air

Well the other review sums up the issues in those apartments. The neighborhood is pretty safe. Parking is terrible. The parking lot needs to have the lines repainted. When its plowed in the winter there are huge potholes left. (they refilled last year after several complaints)but only after quite some time. The appearance has gone downhill as they changed from a lawn service company to a private company. (They dont do nearly as good of a job). The office staff is not professional. Either they have no idea how to answer your questions or are completely rude. I have nothing nice to say about them. The maintenance is good. The conditions of the apartments vary. Some are updated as others are not. The units lack ammenities like washer/dryer and dishwasher. The walls are thin. It sounds like bowling balls are being dropped on the floor upstairs. Overall for the $$ in BelAir its okay. I have to say that other area apartments are catching on and the prices are competitive. One more thing... beware of the bed bugs in one of the buildings. Despite the constant treatments those pesky critters are still residents at Hickory Court.
