Review for Arborview At Riverside Apartments

As far as the actual apartment, I really like it. Very roomy and looks a bit more modern than some other apartments. And any problems that have needed fixing were taken care of basically the next day, so that part is all really good.

Now the actual numbe of things wrong with the apartment is kind of part of the problem, which is that these are built CHEAP!! The main problem is the ceilings/floors. If you're on the top floor, not a problem. Anything below that, you can hear every step the people above you make. Can hear their appliances running also. I've not really heard radios, TV, or people talking, it's just the other stuff. I've talked to about 5 other people since I moved in (6 weeks ago) and they all say the same thing. One person told me that there is a really high turnover rate because of this particulr problem.

Now the walls are fine, I never hear the people next door, it's just if you have anyone living above you, and unless you have nerves of steel, it will probably drive you crazy. I can't wait to move out, and I'm actully considering paying the $2,000 to break my lease.
