Review for Arborview At Riverside Apartments

I agree with the 3-2006 review. Overall the apartment complex is nice, however, if you have inconsiderate neighbors and live on any floor besides the 1st floor, you can kiss sleep goodbye. If you think about calling the local authorities, the noise ordinance is 11:00pm - 7am, so you can scratch that. All one can do is wait until the lease is up. So my recommendation, if you want to live here, & have any type of peace and quiet, get a top floor. We haven't encountered any of the issues the 2005 reviews had.
