I work on post as part of BRAC and recently signed a 14 month lease with Arborview apartments. This is actually the second time I've rented in this community as part of a work relocation program.
I've found the two units I've live/lived in to be everything I hoped for and what I was promised. The unit was immaculate upon move in. Having a washer and dryer in each unit is a big plus for me, as my hours vary. The service team is exceptional and very responsive.
The office staff has changed since my firstd rental experience. I've found the staffing change to be a major plus. The staff is caring, responsive and proactive.
I feel that Arborview offers me the opportunity to live close to work and that offers me a work/life balance. I'm able to run home during lunch and let me dog out or simply eat lunch. My commute is minimal which saves on gas.
I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. While I was pleased with my first experience at Arborview, my expectations continue to be met or exceeded with the addition of the new office team -
